Women's Semi-Private Fitness Training
trampoLEAN has launched it's women's group fitness training program. Semi-private training sessions are customized to your fitness level & specific goals. Each semi-private session will have no more than 10 women & incorporate a variety of fitness equipment to help you reach your goals!
We integrate strength training, high intensity training, cardio endurance, functional training, pilates, yoga into a fun and comprehensive group fitness experience. Our semi-private sessions are small and intimate. Our mission is to improve muscle tone, symmetry, posture and skin tone.
