First Preliminary Assessment (60 min): $180
Your first online fitness training assessment is structured to determine your unique physical strengths, imbalances and goals - with the intent to empower you to live your best life. It includes guided movement screens.
Includes a 6 week personalized digital corrective exercise routine to perform on your own.
Virtual training (60 min): $90
Includes monthly access to digital programs and accountability check-ins. Must train at least once per month to maintain free monthly access to digital platform.
Ten pack of 60 min training sessions: $800
Includes monthly access to digital programs, plus a 20 min strategy session to set goals and accountability check-ins.

Dress Code
Wear comfortable fitting clothes that allow your body to be seen well.
This is especially important for assessments.
Video Tips
Keep your camera far enough a way, so your entire body is in the shot from head to toe. Have a good amount of light in your room. Add a light pointing at you from behind your camera. Be ready to move the camera if needed. Occasionally we’ll need a clear wall to use, which might require you to move rooms. Having a low stool, chair or table to rest your device on is helpful when doing floor exercises.
Pre-Session Tips
Refrain from eating 30-40 min prior to your sessions and it’s important to be well hydrated. Have your exercise space organized and well light. Keep a towel and water close by. Sign on a few minutes before your session to test your connection.
Policies
Cancel sessions with more than 24 hours of notice or your session will be counted. Email or Text are both the best options. Sessions are non-refundable and do not expire.
