  • I’m Louis Coraggio, founder of TrampoLEAN®. I first incorporated trampoline exercises into my routine in the late 90s.

    Two decades later, while training high-end clients with Tracy Anderson, Chelsea Piers Sports Club invited me to create a rebounding class.

    This led to the development of TrampoLEAN®, a unique workout combining low-impact cardio, targeted toning, and HIIT.

    Partnering with ClassPass in 2014 helped establish a loyal following and expand to studios across NYC.

    After a pandemic pause, TrampoLEAN reopened in 2024 in Chelsea. It now blends biomechanics to enhance posture, performance, and injury prevention.
