  • Upon arrival, check in with the receptionist, sign a waiver, and access lockers, changing rooms, and the waiting area. Our classes combine cardio, strength, and biomechanics to keep you energized and injury-free. For personalized guidance, inform your instructor of any injuries or concerns.

  • Warm up with a light stretch or roll out your calves on the trampoline frame while waiting for class to start. This helps optimize your workout and prevent injuries.

    Wear comfortable workout attire, go barefoot, or use grippy socks or flat sneakers. Avoid loose clothing or jewelry to ensure a safe workout experience.
