As a health and fitness expert with over 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others achieve lasting transformation through my Body Architect® and TrampoLEAN® methods. Turning Hardship into Strength
The challenges I faced early in life shaped who I am today. At four, I lost my mother to cancer, and by seventeen, I lost my father to the same ruthless disease. These tragedies ignited a passion for preserving my health and fueled a commitment to help others overcome their struggles. Growing up on Long Island, athletics became my outlet, teaching me resilience and setting the foundation for a lifelong career in fitness.
Navigating Pain and Finding Solutions
Having lived with scoliosis for years, I understand the challenges of managing chronic pain. When a cortisone injection led to a life-threatening spinal infection in 2024, I was determined to become a health advocate. My recovery journey inspired me to specialize in biomechanics, particularly through the Posture Restoration Institute (PRI), allowing me to guide clients toward pain relief and better movement.
