I'm honestly not a big gym kind of girl--don't get me wrong, I enjoy working out, but I just hate doing the same repetitive treadmill, elliptical, stair-master workouts whenever I want to get some exercise. So thankfully, there are unique classes like trampoLEAN out there that keep my workouts exciting so I don't have to drag myself to the gym every time I want to work off the 3 desserts I likely had the night before (#facts). I signed up for the trampoLEAN rave class, thinking that it would just be a fun, little workout on the trampoline where I might sweat a little. HAH. Boy, was I wrong. This is a LEGIT workout, and I guarantee that you will be sweating. A lot. It's basically 50 minutes of non-stop cardio on your mini trampoline, complete with resistance bands (free ones and ones you pull from the ceiling), weights, glow sticks, and of course, rave-y music. Not only did I have a blast jumping every which way on my trampoline (after I got over my initial fear of falling and busting my ass ofc), but it was a great workout! I DEF felt like I burned off most, if not all of my 3 desserts from the night before (thank god so I'll be able to have another 3 desserts the next day), which is all I really want in a workout class. Will 100% be back for another trampoLEAN rave class in the future!

This is a great class for people who like HIIT/intense cardio classes. I took the Bounce Back class, which was described to be focused on posterior muscles like glutes/hamstrings/rear delts, but the workout was actually full-body. The bouncing really works your quads and core and we did tons of tricep/bicep/shoulder/ab moves with hand weights and resistance bands. The instructor, Louis, did a great job at making the class inclusive for all fitness levels; he gave instructions on how to make certain moves harder or easier.

I love this class! I have been attending for about 6 months now taking classes with mostly Louis (the owner) and with Thea. I have lost 16 pounds so far (from 172 to 156) and there is a visable improvement to my overall fitness. The classes are always challenging, however 50 minutes goes by so fast and I never dread going like I used to with the gym. This is the first time I have stuck with working out because they always manage to make the class fun. If you are like me and don't have the best balance, it might take two or so classes to really get comfortable on the trampoline, but it is definitely worth sticking to it! I look forward to see you there!

EXCELLENT!!! It was so much fun!!!! Louis is great! Even though my stamina is not as high as I would like, I didn't feel out of place with the class. I felt the calories burning off! I usually try classes once and keep it moving. I am 99% sure I will be buying a 10 class package. A MUST TRY!!! Even suggested to my job's fitness group, that we should contact Louis to set up a company event!

I love coming to trampoLEAN! It's a fun and different style workout compared to other classes I've tried before. It's challenging, but I have more fun in these classes over others. The instructors (I've taken trampoLEAN classes with 3 different instructors) are all great and bring a unique style to each class. They all allow you to go at your own pace if needed, but definitely encourage you to work your hardest. Plus, they're always working to switch up the routine - they've now introduced a barre class! I recommend this class to anyone (even beginners!) for a fun workout.
