    It’s a coaching skill set that blends; Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Goal Setting, Self-Determination and other change theories and models that explore how habits are created, maintained, and changed.

    This skill set is used to facilitate a conversation about change. Behavior change coaching is not counseling, consulting, or therapy, rather it is an exploration of the choices one makes that leads to the patterns of day to day life (habits). Further, it explores how each of these patterns either contribute to optimal performance or distract from it.
