Such a fun class!! I was nervous that I would get dizzy or too out of breath, but not at all. This class will make you SWEAT in the best way. I took Legs & Butt with Louis and will definitely be going back. The class is a mix of different jumps on the trampoline and breaks for work off of it (like leg lifts). I would say the class I was at was a good mix or beginners and people who have been there before. Whether you are in great shape or looking to get in shape, this class will kick your butt. The full hour class did feel long, but it was okay because it was fun. Highly recommend!

I took my first TrampoLean class today and it was remarkable! First off, Louis the instructor is a gem! He's full of energy and had a killer playlist to keep the energy high and the sweat dripping. Secondly, the class was non-stop fun and easy to fallow. Even for a beginner, I could keep up with the moves and get a full body burn.
The next thing I know we were stretching, 50 min flew by and along with a whopping 623 calories! I will definitely be back!!
