Louis Coraggio

An international fitness pro, with a background in sports medicine, private and group exercise. Louis Coraggio began his career in NYC in 2000. After earning a degree in exercise science from Adelphi University, he began sparking new fitness trends. Louis holds the following certifications; ACSM (Fitness Specialist), ACE (Personal Trainer & Behavioral Change), NKT (Corrective Exercise Technique) CTI (Coaching Training Institute). Years of academic and practical experience supported the reinvention of trampoline fitness training into trampoLEAN. Louis originally developed this brand in 2014 exclusively for the Sports Club at Chelsea Piers. His passion for fitness and strong reputation has allowed him to work with many bold face names including; Naomi Watts, Uma Thurman, Valentino Garavani and more.

Holy molly! That was so challenging, but so much fun! It was great cardio, resistance, stability, and core training. And the instructor played great music.

Brent Shultz

Brent fell in love with fitness in college where he studied weight-training and marathon running. He received his Yoga Teacher Certification from YogaWorks in Los Angeles. After moving to New York, he received his MFA from The New School for Drama where he studied Alexander Technique and other body forms. For the past 2 years he has taught kick-boxing fitness and continues to a variety of fitness classes in the NYC.

Thea Ogunusi

Thea is a Brooklyn native, dancer, gymnast and loves introducing people of all ages and fitness levels to rebounding. She is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor who specializes in dance based cardio routines that pack a punch. After teaching rebounding for three years she truly believes that everyone can achieve their fitness goals. Thea's teaching style is driven by the music because time flies when you find a good soundtrack. A trampoline class must have high energy, a supportive environment and blend fun with intensity. When you feel like quitting that's when Thea will inspire you to do one more rep. Expect to sweat, laugh and see results because progress is impossible without a challenge.

Amanda Zapp

Amanda’s fitness accreditation’s began w/ Spinning then expanded her knowledge w/ Barre and Yoga. She’s excited to blend her previous training into her trampoLEAN classes. Amanda’s outgoing personality and upbeat playlists make each class challenging and fun! Her admiration for health and wellness sparked at a young age. She grew up upstate New York and is also a seasoned marketing professional. Amanda adds; “Im always happy to help with a photo or creative post idea”.Her favorite trampoLEAN move: is The Bird.
