This was such a fun and different kind of class. I was nervous to work out and jump at the same time, but it was easier than I thought to get the hang of. The jumping was challenging but you alternate moves so much that I felt it was always exciting. My friends and I were dripping sweat at the end and had so much fun. Louis was such a motivating and knowledgeable instructor! I definitely will go

I've been absolutely hooked on Trampolean Total Body Burn and Booty Sculpt Legs & Butt classes. I always leave class feeling sweaty and sore. I have only been to classes taught by Brent and Louis, but both instructors are equally fantastic! The classes here are both fun and a great workout! The better spots get filled up quick, so l suggest getting here on time and getting a spot closer to the mirror. I love the versatility of the exercises here and how you can tweak your movements to go easier or harder on your body. I definitely recommend TrampoLean!
