Join the fun and power-up your home workouts with 50 min high-energy livestream classes. Sign-ups close 75 minutes prior to class start time. You’ll receive an email with a custom Zoom link 1 hour before your class. Install Zoom on your device prior to your session.

1. How long is a TrampoLEAN LiveStream?
LiveStreams are 50 minuntes. It's important that all participants arrive a 5-10 minutes early and test your connection. Class starts on time.
2. What are the log-on instructions?
Click the Zoom link in your confirmation email. You will then be added into a waiting room. All names on the class roster will be added to the class. Once class begins we can not gaurantee when or if you'll be added to the class if your running late.
3. Do I need equipment?
Yes, you'll need a mini-trampoline. All other equipment is optional. We may use light hand weights for total-body sculpt clasess ranging from 1-3 lbs. You'll be notified before class if addiitonal equipment is needed.
3. Will I be recorded?
No, only the insturctor will be recorded. Please keep your video on to recieve motivational coaching, individualized tips and to improve the overall expereince. If there is a time when the insutructor may record in gallery view you will be notified and have the option to turn your camera off.
4. What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel, just click the cancel link in your confirmation email. If you end up missing the class a recording will be available for you to watch for up to 24 hours. Classes are non-refundable.

5. Do you have any audio suggestions?
Try connecting a bluetooth speaker so you can really hear the music. Music will be sycned through the zoom connection.
6. Do I need to download Zoom?
Yes, it's best Zoom is downloaded on the device you'll be using prior to clicking your custom link. You can join from your mobile and easily stream/airplay to your t.v.
7. Can I book a private class for a group of my friends, coworkers or family?
