Getting Started with TrampoLEAN®
Before your first class, take a moment to review these key details to jumpstart your experience.
Pre-Jump Mobility Warm-Up
Make the most of your time while your instructor completes check-ins by performing mobility and activation drills.
Hold each move for 30-90 seconds. Click the images below to watch step-by-step video guides!

1. Footwear Preference
Barefoot preferred, but socks, grippy socks, or flat sneakers are also great options.
Jumping on a low-impact surface stimulates foot muscles, which is why we recommend going barefoot for the best results.
2. Equipment Storage
Place all equipment under the rebounder frame.
Keep the mat clear, as we use this space for exercises.
3. Injury Awareness
Inform the instructor of any injuries or limitations before class begins.
4. Benefits of a Mobility Warm-Up
Prepares your body for movement by increasing blood flow to muscles.
It improves flexibility and range of motion, helping you jump with ease.
Activates key muscles and enhances balance for better performance.
Reduces the risk of injury by loosening tight areas and improving joint stability.
Additional Stretches
Here are a few additional stretch options to try. Downward Dog can be modified with your feet on the floor and hands on the mat for extra support.
Pre-Jump Activation
After completing mobility drills, these exercises are the perfect way to prime your muscles and prepare for a powerful rebounding session.
